Breeze over to the Clean Air stand for a fresh look at factory cooling

clean_air Evaporative cooling is simple, powerful and highly cost effective, claims Northern Manufacturing exhibitor Clean Air, a leading supplier and installer of this effective yet environmentally friendly technology. Clean Air offers the expertise to design a system that meets cooling needs efficiently and economically.

Evaporative cooling works by drawing a constant flow of fresh air over water-saturated pads. As the water evaporates from the pads, it removes the heat from the air.

The company’s Cool Breeze QAD230 delivers ultra-reliable, low cost, powerful premises cooling. Featuring a high performance Techo 1.3kw motor delivering 11,000 m3/hr air flow, it’s claimed to be the only evaporative cooler in the UK with published BSRIA performance results and is approved by the Carbon Trust.

The great thing about this technology is that it uses water as its cooling agent, rather than potentially harmful chemical refrigerants, scoring full marks for environmental credentials. It is also available at a minimal cost. Evaporative cooling is estimated to use 80% less energy than traditional air-conditioning, making it incredibly inexpensive to run. With a single unit sufficient for up to 360m2 installation costs can be just a third of compressor type air conditioners’.
