STEGTA (Salford and Trafford engineering Group Training Association) offers a FREE apprenticeship recruitment service where it will advertise your vacancy on The National Apprenticeship website and shortlist candidates based on your company’s requirements. STEGA was established in 1966 to act as the central training department for a small number of engineering companies in the Salford area. Since then, it has grown substantially and now attends to the training needs of hundreds of companies throughout the UK.
Main occupation sectors delivered are electrical engineering, welding and fabrication, heating and ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration, construction engineering and plumbing.
