Latest innovations in optical inspection from Cupio Yestech

The latest developments in electronics inspection and test technology will be on show at the Cupio Yestech Europe stand at Northern Manufacturing & Electronics 2013. Visitors can see how electronics manufacturers across the UK and beyond are addressing quality, productivity and profit margins, and discuss the solutions the company can provide.

BX10 Nordson YESTECH will be represented by its BX Benchtop automated optical inspection system which offers PCB inspection with what is described as ‘exceptional’ defect coverage. The system inspects solder joints and verifies correct part assembly, enabling users to improve quality and increase throughput.

ABI Electronics will be represented by the System 8 universal diagnostic system and its set of analogue and digital PCB test capabilities. The System 8 ATM (advanced test module) will be featured, which performs test and diagnostics on all logic PCB assemblies. Also from ABI will be the SENTRY counterfeit IC detector for detecting counterfeit ICs and components.

The company emphasises correct integration of the right inspection or test solution into a process as much as supplying the hardware. Its Haeger custom PCB carriers s an example of this, as are application-specific packages: LSE first article inspection software, Microtronix Systems’ telecommss test equipment, Altec high speed copy stations for mobile media and devices, and Intepro power supply test and burn-in systems.

Throughout the show, Cupio’s technically qualified and experienced staff look forward to offering test and inspection advice for your particular electronics manufacturing environment on stand C19. See more information at http://www.cupio.co.uk/
