Video inspection closes in with up to x120 magnification
Two systems will be launched by Vtech SMT at Northern Manufacturing & Electronics 2013. In addition to the Xpress from Vision Engineering, an instant measurement system, the company will also introduce the new VisionZ HD video inspection system.
The Xpress delivers rapid, accurate 2D measurement within the field of view (up to 70mm), at the touch of a button. There is no need to focus and no need to position parts. According to the company, it instantly and accurately measures hundreds of features within the field of view in seconds.
The VisionZ HD video inspection system uses the full power of HD digital imaging with magnification options up to 120x. It is claimed to provide superb high contrast imaging, with ultimate simplicity for any task requiring precision magnification.
