Industrial sensors are supported by technical team
Variohm Eurosensor is at Northern Manufacturing & Electronics 2016 to promote its position as a leading single source supplier of industrial sensors and associated electronic systems, a position it has held since 1974.
With a technical sales support team, receiving regular product training, the company has the structure and financial strength to deliver technical support and quality service as well as advice on the product portfolio. The company can design, develop, source and deliver a vast range of sensors and the sales support team is able to work with customers throughout the project, enabling customers to influence how products work.The aim is to provide an efficient, cost-effective, flexible service to customers, irrespective of their size, business or geographical location. Recent additions are the Euro XPD Hall Effect Position sensor and the ETP-AM-IMC temperature sensor, aimed at motorsport and vehicle applications. The range includes position sensors, including rotary and linear sensors, cable extension transducers and inclination sensors. They are available in various contacting and non-contacting technologies, including Hall-effect, incremental and absolute encoders and laser measurement.
For load and force sensing, load cells from 1g to 1000t capacities are available in a range of mechanical sizes and designs. High speed bagging controllers are offered, with torque transducers to measure both dynamic and static loads, with mounting and electrical connection options.
Pressure transducers and switches measure absolute, differential and gauge pressure up to 5000bar. These sensors are available is a range of outputs and also standard and customised housing options, with IP ratings up to IP69K.
Thermistors and probes offer a wide temperature measurement range, with interchangeability and stability which are also space- and flight-approved or medically-approved where appropriate. Custom and bespoke solutions are available and many are manufactured or modified on site.
