Additional CNC machine speeds productivity at DJJ Precision Engineering
The addition of an Axiom ‘too’ CNC co-ordinate measuring machine to Northern Manufacturing exhibitor DJJ Precision Engineering’s plant and services allows direct integration to the production line, with high drive and measuring speeds to increase productivity. It has high speed, dedicated control systems and 3D geometric measurement software, allowing the software to draw features as they are measured, and dimensions to be added exactly as they appear on a customer’s component drawings.
Using the latest CAD software and a range of multi axis CNC machining centres, the company offers ‘one-stop-shop’ production solutions, from extensive prototype and design team support, project management to manufacture of ‘one off’ and small-to-large volume production runs and assemblies.
The diverse supply chain ranges from automotive, marine, aerospace, medical and defence to oil, gas and motorsports, including the manufacture of complex component parts for a new super airline fleet, aluminium machined parts for Ferrari F1, and a range of special purpose machinery for the medical and athletic industry.
