What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you register with us or request a quote for products or services.
We collect names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers (including mobiles) for yourself, billing and delivery purposes. We may also note your route of enquiry such as telephone or internet. We periodically store notes against your orders.

How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process your quote, provide invoices, process your hire, seminar registration and registration fulfilment, manage your account and to email you about other products and services from ETES we think may be of legitimate business interest to you.
We may use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website.
ETES will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside of ETES unless you have given consent.
The data we collect from you will be retained by us securely indefinitely. If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any marketing emails.
Having unsubscribed you will no longer receive marketing emails from us even though there is a legitimate business interest to do so.
We will however, still send you emails with reference to quotes and invoices as they are required in order for us to fulfil our pre-contract or contract with you.

Event Photography and Video
Please be aware that your participation in an ETES event, whether as an exhibitor or a visitor, means that you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.
This material may be published, transmitted or broadcast in official ETES publications, via our social media channels and in promotional materials, including websites and publications managed by us, our affiliates and contractors. Photography and recordings may also be circulated to the press and other broadcast media and third-party websites for publication, transmission or broadcast. Recorded materials may be used editorially and to promote current and future ETES events.
In all photography and recordings made on our behalf, we will endeavour to remove or obscure any personally identifiable data recorded incidentally. We do however urge all participants to take adequate steps to safeguard their personal data whilst on the event premises.
By entering the event premises, you consent to your likeness appearing in photography, video and audio recordings made on our behalf, and to their use as outlined above.
