Off-the-shelf products include standard coil bobbins for all popular geometries and electrical steel EI / UI lamination sizes, with new products continually added in line with the increasing demand for higher power, compact power solutions.
A team of experienced engineers provides a bespoke design solution from in-house 3D CAD-CAM modelling, prototyping and tool making to material selection, terminal insertion, production and delivery.
With process capability (Cpk) of 1.67 on tolerances as small as ±0.025mm the company can manufacture tooling and mould precision components to meet the most demanding specifications. Each project is underpinned by proven, quality assured processes supporting our zero defect policy.
