ARCA enclosures designed for hostile areas
At Northern Manufacturing 2014 Fibox features the exciting new range of ARCA glass reinforced polycarbonate enclosures, which are proving very popular according to the company. IP66 and IK10 make this range suitable for applications where good quality, strength and reliability in the most hostile of environments are paramount. ARCA can be mounted to a wall or, a fixing method which is growing in popularity, can be mounted to a pole using simple but effective brackets.
The design team has developed accessories that allow rapid and easy fitting of rails and even an inner door into the enclosure to save time.
The cabinets have all the features of sheet steel wall mounted cabinets without the worry of corrosion. And, unlike glass reinforced polyester equivalents does not suffer from surface degradation, says the company.
Sizes from 300x200x150mm up to 800x600x300mm are available, suitable for control panels and specialist OEM companies. The cabinet is also available in landscape format.
