MecWash sells Duo component washing machine from its stand at Northern Manufacturing

MecWash Duo (cut-out) MecWash Systems Ltd had another successful year at Northern Manufacturing & Electronics 2015.  The firm showcased its popular “Duo” aqueous washing machine, designed to remove contaminants such as oil, swarf and greases from components. The washer offers rotational spray and flood washing, spray rinse and hot air drying for a range of component cleaning applications.

An existing MecWash customer, David Norcross – Managing Director of Fylde CNC Ltd – was so impressed with the cleaning capability and higher capacity of the new Duo machine that he purchased the system on the stand. David says: “Fylde has been a customer of MecWash for over a decade, we have an older MecWash machine which has served us well. Our policy is to continuously invest in the future and keep Fylde CNC in front of the rest when it comes to manufacturing and providing the best quality precision engineered components”.

A £1.2 million pound investment by Fylde has also seen new, larger premises and installations of new CNC machining centres, providing its customers with high-quality precision turned and milled components. Currently employing over 30 people, the firm has exhibited consistent year-on-year growth.

MecWash Systems has been established for over 20 years, supplying leading manufacturers and sub-contractors with standard and bespoke industrial washing equipment.
