Protective packaging blooms into an award winner for Rose Plastic
The award-winning BlockPack will be on display at plastic packaging specialist, Rose Plastic UK’s stand at Northern Manufacturing 2014.
The two-piece protective packaging tube has a bayonet-type twist lock closure for telescoping. Ratchet length adjustments allow the hollow tubes to adjust in size to the contents. A rotation of 10⁰ fixes the desired length setting. An audible click confirms the tubes are locked into place.
The contoured tube ends and lateral stiffening grooves with integrated supports provide dimensional stability and cushioning, says the company. The optional hanger can be clipped to both ends, or removed altogether for even greater flexibility.
Packaging diameters range from 8 to 65mm, and length options ranging from 50 to 200mm, suitable for stacking and warehouse applications.
