Amada’s Fabrivision saves time and money

Amada Preview edit_tmb As one of the highlights of Northern Manufacturing 2015, visitors can see the Amada Fabrivision in action. The inspection system takes seconds to scan a sheet metal part into a drawing or to compare every measurement to the CAD drawing, saving time and money whilst ensuring part quality and accuracy, says the company.

This year, the company will also be exhibiting the popular HFE MKII 1303 long stroke press brake. This second generation of the European industry benchmark HFE press brake includes a 20% energy saving system and interactive touch screen for ease of operation. It will also be fitted with Wila style tooling and clamping, showing yet more flexibility to the machine.

Established over 40 years ago, the company has grown with its customers to now provide the largest service and sales support network within the UK sheet metal industry. The Midlands-based Technical Centre is specifically designed for machinery demonstrations, showcasing the latest technology in lasers, punches, press brakes, tooling, automation and CADCAM software.
