Floor-scale model increases counting capacity
This year at Northern Manufacturing, TalliScan extends its range of inventory stocktaking and inventory tools, with a floor-scale model which takes the rapid counting system up to 100kg capacity.
TalliScan can run as a standalone tool, or via cloud services, even incorporated into a customer’s system through its API. The instant physical counting efficiently records all daily transactions, from booking stock into stores, kitting for production build or dispatch, to bin-filling for Kanban. No more forgotten stock transaction records; no more missing stock entries in the MRP system; and with stock records you can trust, says the company. The system is mobile and wirelessly connected to record the transactions, as they happen and to effectively plug the holes in MRP records.
