Specialising in the manufacture of tooling and precision injection moulding, Northern Manufacturing exhibitor S&S Plastics offers a manufacturing service from conceptual design and rapid prototyping to mainstream production.
The company offers specialist advice in material selection to suit an application. It can stock and process a variety of engineering polymers such as PVC, GF nylons, polypropylene, acetals. TPE, ABS and many more. The mould shop has injection moulding machines ranging from seven to 200-tonnes, of which anything can be moulded, from a fraction of a gram up to approximately 650g.
