Fibre laser provides flexibility
Using top quality components generally found on precision CNC machining centres, Nukon is able to offer the NF Pro range of machines with cutting power up to 8kW and bed sizes up to 10 x 2.5m. The firm will showcase its range of innovate laser cutters at Northern Manufacturing 2015.
The ECO S-Line Pro is available with power from 500W to 3kW. It has a factory-friendly footprint (under 6m square) but the 16-second automatic twin pallet change table and a Z-axis of 200mm give greater manufacturing flexibility compared to similar models in its class, says the company. There is also a user- friendly 19-inch touch screen CNC control.
