Increase supply chain efficiency and cut maintenance costs with Testo
Northern Manufacturing exhibitor Testo is a lead ing suppliers of high quality, hand-held test instrumentation. On its stand at the show, the firm will highlight examples from its extensive range of products, including thermal imaging solutions, data loggers and cloud-based temperature and humidity monitoring.
Testo thermal imaging cameras have applications across a range of industries, from entry level cameras typically used for heating and electrical inspections and surveys, through to high end cameras for optimising high temperature processes and research. Showcased at Northern 2015, the firm says its entry level camera, the Testo 870, strikes the perfect balance between performance and affordability.
Also highlighted will be the new Testo 184 Data logger series for temperature, humidity and shock measurement are designed to monitor every step of the cold chain and, says the company, are particularly suitable for the monitoring of sensitive products in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Other supply chain solutions include The Saveris 2 systems cloud technology, which allows information to be stored and accessed remotely. If temperature or humidity levels fluctuate beyond acceptable levels, an alert is sent by SMS and email. Data is extracted and stored wirelessly and can be accessed by simply logging into the secure cloud location. Saveris 2 can be accessed via a computer, tablet or smartphone.
