Mobile technology increases efficiency

At the Northern Manufacturing & Electronics Show 2016, it will showcase the latest in mobile technology to increase efficiency through the enterprise. Demonstrations on the stand will show wireless technology offered by the company, such as industrial wireless LAN (WLAN) access points for high-speed connectivity. It also provides a no-obligation consultation service to specify the most suitable wireless infrastructure for a premises. Its team is trained to link WLAN technology into existing warehouse management and ERP systems.
Another demonstration will show hardware products for barcode scanning and printing applications. These include direct part marking barcode scanners. Mobile carts, consisting of an integrated touchscreen, barcode scanner and barcode printer on a trolley (pictured) will also be demonstrated, along with industrial barcode labelling, including inkjet colour label printers, voice picking solutions, for time savings through reduction in manual data entry, the SMART-Code stock control, out-of-the-box, easy to use package used by SMEs for stock management processes. Finally, there will be mobile applications for delivery workers, to improve customer experience and loyalty.
