Foam profiles, sheets and rolls will be showcased on the NMC stand at Northern Manufacturing 2014. Products range from packaging and transport protection profiles to high-tech OEM components which are developed in co-operation with customers to offer a fully customised solution.
Intelligent packing solutions for the furniture industry protect glass, office furniture, picture framing and domestic cabinets. NomapackU edge protection profiles are available in different dimensions and strengths. The pre-shaped range provides a cost-effective and environmentally-friendly solution, says the company. The specialist in open and closed foams uses quality materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene and polyurethanes.
A range of round profiles is available in various diameters and wall thicknesses that adapts to every curve or corner. Profiles can be developed according to customer specifications upon request.
Engineers integrate various process steps such as for coating, insulating or co-extrusion. The company has designed and constructed special tools and extrusion machines for over 30 years.
