MecWash returns to Northern for 2016
MecWash Systems returns to the Northern Manufacturing & Electronics Show for the third year running to further strengthen its relationships with manufacturers in the North of the country. The company will be highlighting its cleaning expertise on Stand F55 at EventCity, Manchester, from September 28-29, and demonstrating its best-selling Duo machine.
A natural progression of the established Solo, the firm says the Duo system has the added benefits of rotational flood / immersion washing, which provides higher standards of cleaning by full solution contact with all component surfaces. Duo machines also feature a rotational spray rinse which provides higher standards of surface finish by removing detergent residues left by the wash solution and this stage can also be used to apply a longer term corrosion inhibitor for ferrous components, all finished off with a hot air dry.
MecWash Managing Director, John Pattison, commented, “The Duo is a highly versatile aqueous cleaning system that suits both large components and dense baskets of small parts. Show visitors regularly comment on the relatively small footprint of the Duo, the speed of the complete wash, rinse and drying cycle, and the variety of functions it has to offer, and I am sure it will impress again in Manchester.”
