LED luminaires shed light on benches and workspaces
New LED luminaires from Waldmann Lighting will be presented at Northern Manufacturing 2016. The Acaneo LED high bay luminaire is energy-efficient and cost-effective for industrial buildings from 4.0 to 30m high, says the company. Three wattages are available – 100, 160 and 230W, with narrow and wide beam options, three colour temperatures; 4,000, 5,000 and 6,500 degree K, and a variety of mounting options. The LED technology provides a light yield of up to 140lm/W and a life cycle of more than 60,000 hours (L80B10). The LED panel is suitable for factories, workshops, manufacturing areas and warehouses, operating in dusty, humid and oily air and can be used in temperatures of more than 50 degree C.
Another new model is the Rocia LED luminaire range. The Rocia.Focus range comprises articulated arm, flexible arm and pivoting head luminaires and is available in 12 to 24V DC, 12 to 34V DC and 100 to 240V options to provide high level spot illumination with either a 10 or 40 degree lens. The Rocia.Planar is an 18W LED articulated arm bench luminaire providing a wide distribution of light. The unit operates on 100 to 240V. The whole Rocia range is IP67- rated and each luminaire has a flexible neck joint for precise positioning.
The company will also display LED lighting for industrial buildings, production and assembly areas, work benches, machines, and inspection areas including ESD protected luminaires.
