Off-the-shelf controllers are highlighted by Zikodrive
Focusing on off-the-shelf controllers at this year’s Northern Manufacturing show, Zikodrive Motor Controllers offers a range of intelligent motor controllers for stepper, brushless and brushed DC motors. They are intended for applications such as pumps, audio equipment, laboratory equipment and a wide range of general OEM applications such as factory machinery, vending equipment. The range is designed and manufactured at the company’s base in West Yorkshire.
The ZDSP 2A stepper motor controller with full programmability and a 24bit speed resolution, will be shown, alongside the ZD10 range of stepper motor controllers, offering up to 128microstep, 10A and full programmability.
There is also the BL2 to BL15 intelligent sensorless brushless DC controllers. They are available in a range of formats and packaged with motors or accessories.
The company also offers a range of services including bespoke design, an OEM service (allowing custom branding or technical modifications to be made to existing controllers) and full technical support, whether it be over the phone or on site. The company exports controllers all around the world including to the USA and Asia, but predominantly in the European market.
